Only accredited ICDL Centres are permitted to offer ICDL Training, use the ICDL syllabus and training materials or run ICDL Examinations. Accredited centres have a proven track record in delivering quality training, their facilities have been deemed to be of a high standard, and their trainers have passed advanced ICDL qualifications.

A list of the accredited ICDL centres in Zambia is provided below. If your local training centre is not there, it may be pending so check this list regularly. Some offer short courses for individuals, bespoke training for companies, some are community or church-run organisations providing skills training in disadvantaged and rural communities. There are schools and colleges offering ICDL to their students, and companies can even gain accreditation for their in-house staff development programmes. (N.B. You can undertake self-study in order to take the ICDL exams, but accredited training providers, using materials that have been approved by the ECDL/ICDL Foundation are recommended).
